Monday: Total Body
50 minutes of POP Pilates Total Body videos and a 10 minute run

Tuesday: Upper Body and Back
50 minutes of POP Pilates Arm & Upper Body and POP Pilates Back and end with 2 rounds of POP Cardio or POP HIITS

Wednesday: Abs and Obliques
50 minutes of POP Pilates Abs and POP Pilates Oblique & Muffintop videos along with a 20 minute run

Thursday: Lower Body
50 minutes of POP Pilates Legs & Thighs and POP Pilates Butt videos and end with 2 rounds of POP Cardio or POP HIITS

Friday: Abs and Mile
30 minutes of POP Pilates Abs and POP Pilates Oblique & Muffintop videos along with a timed mile run [required to fulfill credit]

Saturday: Fun aerobic activity
1 hour of dancing/running/etc when schedule allows [aka. not working]
